It was Adam's lowest score of his career and first victory since turning professional in 2006, but he came close to having to share the honor as Scott Hawley of Shrewsbury, Mass., who lipped out a 30-yard pitch shot at the 18th green that would have tied Betz’ score.  Hawley, the MLGT winner Wednesday at Hammock Creek, settled for 65 and second place.  Overall, Betz had eight birdies, Hawley seven.  Each made one bogey.
