Event Registration Instructions
Please register as
early as possible so that we can provide the course with ample notice
as to the field size.
Some events have limited field sizes and/or entry deadlines.
Refer to TOTAL SPOTS and OTHER INFO above.
There are 3 ways to
register for an event.
Call Us

If you get our voicemail, please leave your Name, Phone, Status
(Professional or Amateur) and Event you are registering for.
We update the registered player list a few times per day so you will be
added within 24 hours.
Pay Online
With your credit card or paypal account.
There will be a 2.5% Online Processing charge (Paypal's Fee) added to
all Online Payments that will be listed as shipping and handling in your
shopping cart.

Step 1 - Membership
Options
To play in a FuZion Minor
League Golf Tour event you must be a tour member.
Because each player has their own situation we offer memberships in
varying lengths. If you are not
yet a tour member or your
membership has expired, click one of the tour membership options
on the right.
For
visiting or occasional players we provide a
Single Event Membership
Option that includes a
single event membership fee. Step 3
Select if you want to
pay with your Paypal account or with a credit card. Make your
selection and follow the instructions. After you have complete
the payment process, Paypal will send you a confirmation email.
Paypal also sends us an email regarding your payment. We update
online payments a couple times per day so you will be added to the
registered player list within 24 hours.

FuZion Golf Tour Membership
Requirements To compete on The FuZion Minor League Golf Tour you must be a professional
golfer or a skilled amateur with a USGA Handicap of 6.0 or less.
All men play from the same tees, including seniors, juniors
and amateurs. Ladies will play no less than 94% of the yardage and
will compete in the same event. We abide by the
USGA Rules
of Amateur Status so if you haven't turned
professional yet, no problem.
Membership Fees To play on the Minor League Golf Tour event you must be a tour
member. Because each player has their own situation we offer
memberships in varying lengths.
For Visiting or Occasional players we provide an Entry Option that
includes a Single Event Membership Fee.
Membership Renewal If you previously have played in an event your membership
expiration date is available on your
player bio screen.
If your membership date has expired or is "Due", you will need to renew you
membership before you play in an event. You may do so onsite or online
above.
All
professionals must submit a
W-9 with a US Social Security
or
Tax ID number on it to the FuZion Golf Tour
or be subject to 30% withholding on all earnings.
We will have a blank copy for you to fill out at your
first event, or
print one
and bring it with you, or fax it to us
