LAKE WORTH, Fla. - Marvin King of Lewisville, Texas, birdied the fifth extra hole Friday at Winston Trails Golf Club to earn his first victory on the Minor League Golf Tour.

King and Jim Salinetti of West Palm Beach finished regulation at four under par 68. After they halved the first four holes on three pars and birdies at the par-5 fourth, King sank a three footer for the win. Moments earlier, Salinetti missed from 12 feet, the ball stopped just inches short of falling.

King earned $320, Salinetti $270, from the $1,340 purse. There were 19 starters.
