KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C. -- 10 players in this weeks 94th PGA Championship have played on the GOLFslinger.com Tour. In fact, 5 of them have won at least one event, and in total they have 15 GOLFslinger Tour victories.

312 of the nation's top PGA Professionals competed in the 45th PGA Professional National Championship with one common goal, finish in the top 20 and get a spot in the 94th PGA Championship.

Nine of those 20 have played the GOLFslinger.com Tour, including Matt Dobyns, the PGA Head Professional from Fresh Meadow in Lake Success, N.Y., who was making his National Championship debut. Dobyns finished at 13-under 275, which was good for an amazing eight-shot victory.

We would like to wish them good luck and recongnize their achievement.
