David Perkins from East Peoria, IL finally broke through with a win at the Explore NB Open on PGA Tour Americas. His 72 hole total of 265 (65-65-68-67) was one better than the field. He now sits in 1st place on the Fortinet Cup points list and is in great shape to earn a full Korn Ferry Tour card for 2026.

David has played MLGT events every winter since 2022 to work on his game to get ready for bigger events like this. He has won three times on the MLGT and has had 16 other top 5 finishes. His scoring average in MLGT events is 68.6.
