TAMARAC, Fla. – Jordon Elsen of Kenosha, Wis., has won for the second time on the Tour. Both wins have come in playoffs. Elsen edged Chris Deaner of Dublin, Ohio, Monday after they tied at four under par 68 on the East course at Woodlands Country Club.

It was the third straight 68 in Golfslinger play by Elsen, the first that was good enough for a victory. He was fifth and tied for second on two other 68s earlier this month. He collected $625 from the $2,400 purse here, raising his career earnings to $5,969 since he joined Golfslinger in June, 2013.

Elsen won with an eight-foot birdie putt at the par-5 first hole. In regulation, he had seven birdies, a bogey and a double bogey. Deaner played bogey-free golf with four birdies. Elsen won a playoff July 30 at nearby Jacaranda GC on the fifth extra hole. Deaner received $525 for finishing second among 16 starters in Golfslinger's seventh tournament of the month and 92nd this year. Next on the schedule: Thursday at the North Palm Beach CC.
