Carr Vernon of Poplar Bluff, MO wins 2021 Monday Qualifier Contest #3 presented by Abacoa Golf Club with a 3-event cumulative score of 207 (68-69-70). The contest consisted of the three 1-day events played this week at Abacoa GC, Links at Madison Green and Fountains CC.
Vernon entered the final event with a 3 shot lead over Dylan Newman. Newman go within 2 with an early birdie but would never get any closer. Vernon would bogey the last but didn't matter as he had a four shot lead on the final hole.
Vernon wins a $1,000 bonus for his fine play this week to go compete in a Monday Qualifier on the PGA Tour or Korn Ferry Tour.
