BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. - Ryan Cole from Mount Airy, MD did not make a mistake today on the East course at Indian Spring Country Club en route to a 5-under par 67 that included five birdies. It was Ryan's first win on the MLGT in just his 3rd start. He earned $820 from the main purse plus $150 in the optional bonus pool and a $90 skin for a total of $1,060.
Trevor Ullestad from Jewell, IA was solo 2nd with 69 followed by Josh Goldenberg from Scarsdale, NY in 3rd at 70. Only 5 players out of the 31 player starting field broke par on a cool morning that saw temperatures right around 50 degrees at the start of play.
Today's event was a tune up event for the Corales Puntacana Pre Qualifier held here on Thursday March 5th. A big thank you to Indian Spring CC and it's members for hosting the event and giving the players a chance to see the course under competition.
