Ryan Davis earns his first professional win by birdieing the 4th playoff hole at Abacoa GC

Davis and Justin Peters tied in regulation at 3-under par 68

JUPITER, Fla. - Ryan Davis from Berkeley Heights, NJ needed extra holes to earn his first professional win. He and Justin Peters tied in regulation at 3-under par 68 at Abacoa Golf Club. They halved the first three playoff holes with pars and after Peters missed his birdie bid on the 4th Davis rolled in a 10 footer for the win.

Davis earned $800 from the $3,540 purse plus $194.50 from the bonus pool for a total of $994.50. Peters took home $764.50 for the 2nd place finish.

Justin Burkhamer from Lantana, FL recently turned professional after finishing his collegiate golf at Iona College and finished solo 3rd with a 1-under par 70 in his MLGT debut.
