Carson Klawonn fires 136 (69-67) to win by four at Wellington National GC

WELLINGTON, Fla. - Carson Klawonn from West Palm Beach, FL fired an impressive final round 67 to come from behind and win by four at Wellington National Golf Club. He started the final round four behind first round leader Cole Castro. Castro had a tough final round but was still tied for the lead through 28 holes. Klawonn played the final eight holes 1-under par which proved to be the difference.

Klawonn earned $1,600 from the $6,800 purse for his 9th win on the MLGT.

Alex Vogelsong carded the lowest final round score of 66 which jumped him all the way up to 2nd place. He earned $1,200 plus $400 from the bonus pool and $137.50 in skins for a total of $1,737.50.
