VERO BEACH, Fla. - Garrett Barber from Stuart, FL added a final round 69 to his opening round 65 for a 10-under par total of 134 and a two shot win on the Dunes course at Sandridge Golf Club. He started the final round in a five way tie for the lead but a front nine of 34 when the majority of the other leaders were struggling opened up a one shot lead with nine to play. Birdies on 11 and 13 saw his lead expand to three. A late bogey on the 17th didn't change anything and his margin of victory was two. Barber earned $1,600 from the $6,590 purse plus $300 from the optional bonus pool and a $40 skin for a total of $1,940 for his 5th win on the MLGT.

Last week's Qualifying School Contest winner Mickey DeMorat was 2nd alone here with rounds of 65-71 and earned $1,200. Alan Wagner and JD Hughes tied for 3rd at 137.
