BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. – Brian Anderson of Jupiter was the winner at five under par 67 on five birdies. It was his career 13th MLGT title, his ninth this year, third this month and second this week. He also won at Jacaranda. Anderson collected $800 from the purse of $4,378.
Benjamin Silverman of Thornhill, Ontario was solo second after shooting 4-under par 68 followed by Chad Bouchard from Fitchburg, MA in solo third at 3-under par 69. Six players tied for fourth at 2-under par 70.
There were 36 players, including three seniors who paid a supplemental fee. Three more one-day MLGT tournaments are scheduled next week: Monday, PGA National-Haig; Tuesday, Links at Madison Green; and Thursday, Abacoa GC.
There was $230 in the skins pot with 5 skins out worth $46 each.
