BOCA RATON, Fla. - August Meekhof from Eastmanville, MI earned his first professional win Thursday with a 7-under par 64 on the Falcon/Raven course at Osprey Point. He overcame a bogey on the 4th with birdies on 2,6,7,9,10,11,14 and 15. He earned $1,100 from the $5,600 purse.

Amateur Gunnar Schuster was 2nd alone one shot back after a round of 65 followed by Matthew Ferrari in 3rd at 66.

This event was open to players that missed the cut or did not compete in the Palm Beach County Open.
