CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. - Evan Katz from Washington, DC added a final round 67 to his opening round course record tying 60 for a 36 hole total of 127 and a two shot win at CC of Coral Springs. He earned $2,355 which included bonus pool money for his second win on the MLGT.

Ian Taggart and Shane Bryant tied for 2nd at 129 followed by Bruce Morrison in 4th at 130.

In a second day shootout Tuesday among players who shot 68 or higher Monday, Charles Chon and Roman Cenizal won $150 each with final round scores of 65.

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. - Evan Katz from Washington, DC fired a course record tying 10-under par 60 to lead the field by three shots after day one at CC of Coral Springs. Katz started out by birdying the first 5 holes, then birdied 10 and eagled the par-5 14th to get to 8-under par. His only bogey of the day came at the par-3 15th but he closed with birdies on 16, 17 and 18 for 60!

Ian Taggart and Shane Bryant are tied for 2nd after opening rounds of 63 and will round out the final group for Tuesday's final round.
