Olin Browne Jr. earns his 16th win on the MLGT with 65 at Florida Club

STUART, Fla. – Local favorite Olin Browne Jr. of nearby Hobe Sound captured his 16th victory on the Minor League Golf Tour with a seven under 65 Thursday at The Florida Club. Browne eagled the par-5 13th hole to go with six birdies and a bogey. He earned $650 from the $2,475 purse, plus $177 from an optional bonus pool and $30 in the skins game for a total of $857.

Michael Graboyes of Watchung, NJ, was second among 20 starters in the MLGT’s 74th tournament of the year, posting 66 with two eagles, five birdies, a bogey and two double bogeys. He pocketed $598.

Qualifying School Contest #5 presented by Joey D Golf will be back here at The Florida Club November 18-19 where the winner will earn a $5k bonus to compete in Q-School in 2021.
