LAKE WORTH, Fla. - Brad Gehl from Carmel, IN blew away the field with a 7-under par 64 on the West course at Fountains Country Club. His 6 shot margin of victory was one of the largest in the Tour's history for a 1-day event.
His fine round included a hole out eagle on the par-4 15th hole. His 9 iron from 161 yards out found the bottom of the cup to vault him to -7 on the day where he would finish.
Gehl's 8th win earned him $700 from the $3,040 purse.
Tied for 2nd among the 25 players were Marc Mazza, Willy Pumarol and Siyan Liu at 1-under par 70.
