POMPANO BEACH, Fla. - After a 3 1/2 hour weather delay the course became unplayable and Monday's tournament was shortened to 9 holes. Brandon Lacasse from Chateauguay, Quebec and amateur AJ Blackmon were declared co-champions at 2-under par.
MLGT policy is if every group finishes at least half of the scheduled starting holes, the event is official and however many holes the final group completes will count for the event. The final group completed 9 holes before the course became unplayable.
Lacasse and Blackmon earned $650 each from the $3,110 purse. Blackmon added $100 from the bonus pool for a total of $790.
Taylor Kay-Green and amateur Andrew Riley tied for 3rd at 1-under par earning $445 each.
There were four skins out worth $40 each. Click on any of the $ symbols under the skins/total tab to view the skins results.
2023 Major II starts tomorrow at Abacoa Golf Club with everyone in search of the $10k first place check.
