LAKE WORTH, Fla. - Trevor Sluman from Rochester, NY bogied the last but it did not matter. His 4-under par 67 was one better than the field on the West course at Fountains CC. He made birdies on 2,5,6,7 and 12 and his lone bogey came on the difficult finishing par-4 18th. He earned $1,025 from the $6,047 purse plus $210 in the bonus pool for a total of $1,235.
Kris Wilcoxon was 2nd one shot behind Sluman at 68 and earned $700. Carter Page was alone in 3rd at 69 and earned $850 which included a $250 skin.
Next on the schedule is a 36 hole event Wednesday and Thursday at Okeeheelee GC in West Palm Beach.
