Tyler Collet fires 133 (65-68) to win 2024 Major II presented by Abacoa GC
Collet earned the $10k winners check for his first win on the MLGT

JUPITER, Fla. - Tyler Collet from Cross Lanes, WV made it look easy as he cruised to a five shot win in Major II presented by Abacoa GC. He took a two shot lead into the final round and after he eagled the par-5 10th, birdied the 11th and 14th he had a six shot lead with four to play. He would bogey the final hole but that didn't change anything as he took home the $10k first place check for his first win on the MLGT.

Vince Covello, Ken Keller, Matt Oshrine and Dylan Meyer shared 2nd place at 4-under par 138.

In a second day shootout Wednesday among players who shot 73 or higher Tuesday, Corey Eisenband won $217 with a final round score of 69.

JUPITER, Fla. - Fresh off a couple PGA Tour starts, Tyler Collet leads the way after day one of 2024 Major II with a 6-under par 65 at Abacoa GC. The 2023 South Florida PGA Section Player of the Year earned his way into the Cognizant Classic and the Puerto Rico Open. He will look to take home the $10,000 first place check tomorrow.

Daniel O'Rourke is nearest Collet after 67 followed by three players tied for 3rd after opening rounds of 68.
