Brett Stegmaier chips in for birdie on the first playoff hole to earn his 29th win
Stegmaier, Jake Scott, Nicklas Staub and Michael Brennan tied in regulation at 65 on the West course

LAKE WORTH, Fla. - Brett Stegmaier from Palm Beach Gardens, FL was the only player to miss the green in the playoff and the only player to make birdie. After chipping in for birdie on the first extra hole, Michael Brennan missed his birdie putt from 15 feet. Next Jake Scott missed his birdie bid from 10 feet. The last player to try to extend to a 2nd hole was Nicklas Stab and his birdie putt from 8 caught the lip on the low side. In regulation the four men tied at 6-under par 65 on the West course at Fountains CC.

Stegmaier earned $1,200 from the $8,935 purse plus $203 from the bonus pool for his 29th win on the MLGT. The other three men earned $700 for the T2. Scott and Brennan added $203 from the bonus pool.
