BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. - Samuel King from Ponte Vedra, FL did not make a bogey on the East course at Indian Spring CC during the opening round en route to 64 and a three shot lead. King's birdies came at 6,7,8,10,12,13 and 18. King has had some solid finishes on the MLGT but will look to earn his first win on Thursday.
Patrick Williams, Siyan Liu, Domenico Geminiani, Jeremey Rauch and talented amateur Michael Nardone are tied for 2nd three shots behind King with 18 holes to play. Liu and Geminiani both recently qualifed for the Corales Puntacana Championship on the PGA Tour and are in good form heading into the Tour event next week.

There is an optional $50 2nd day shootout for players at 71 and higher. 100% of the entry goes into the purse and the top 33% and ties will earn a check. If you would like to participate you must sign up and pay online before the first tee time on Thursday (9:25am).
